For volunteering opportunities please contact the Volunteer Coordinator. Some of the possibilities are listed below.
- Library (October-June) - Assist with book reshelving and computer room supervision.
- Vision and Hearing Screening - Assist the school nurse with testing.
- School Pictures (October) - Assist in organizing students.
- Harvest Fair (October) - Assist with set-up, the barbecue, family photos, or clean-up.
- T-Shirt Sale (October-December) - Help with sales, orders, and distribution.
- Book Fair (November and March) - Assist with set-up and transactions.
- Pacific Science Center Van - Oversee displays and supervise student participation.
- Game Room - Supervise students in the Game Room during lunch recess.
- Ice Cream Social (February) - Sell tickets, make sundaes, serve, clear tables.
- Science Fair (March) - Set-up displays, supervise students, and clean up.
- Memory Books - Help students design and take photos for school yearbook and sell books.
- Secretary's Day (April) - Provide baked goods.
- Ordway Carnival (May) - Work in prize room, classroom games, auction assistance, barbecue, set-up and take down. A lot of help is needed for this major event.
- Foriegn Language Program - Provide classroom supervision and assistance.
- Teacher/Staff Appreciation Day (May) - Provide a luncheon item.
- Field Day (June) - Assist the physical education teacher with student activities.
- All School Lunch Barbecue (June) - Assist in set-up, serving, or clean up of lunch.
